April 26th we opened S i M M i N i coffee – wine & books on Eisenbahnstraße 109 in Leipzig as a project in cooperation with ORINOCO books.

S i M M i N i books is a project bookshop specialized in political theory, queer-feminist literature and knowledge production that aims to become a collaboratively organized shared space in the neighborhood that invites all people to contribute their ideas for books, subjects and selective processes.

Right now you’ll find at S i M M i N i books a carefully curated selection of used books (theory, art and artist books, novels and poetry) and some new stuff handpicked in cooperation with August Verlag, MÄRZ, Matthes & Seitz and AKI.

More books – especially some great children’s books and books by Semiotext(e) – will arrive soon.
